At Parklands Golf Club, the health, wellbeing and safety of our members, visitors and staff is priority. While we’re very much aware and understand our members and visitors being concerned about Covid-19, we want to reassure you that we’re following all advice issued by the Chief Medical Officer, Public Health England.

As a team we are following Public Health England guidelines to ensure that best cleaning practices are always delivered.

  • We have enhanced operating, cleaning and hygiene protocols everywhere.
  • Antibacterial hand sanitisers are on the 1st tee, driving range and mini golf and we urge everyone to use them.
  • We ask that you take these steps, which are consistent with government advice:

  • Keep your hands clean, wash regularly and thoroughly, for at least 20 seconds with soap and water.
  • Always carry tissues with you and use them to catch all coughs and sneezes and then bin the tissue – then wash your hands with soap and water, or use a sanitiser .
  • If you think you may have encountered the virus, please follow the government advice, and self-isolate in the first instance.

Please follow the one way system around the clubhouse and queue where indicated, if necessary.

  • Keep a 6ft distance from each other – social distancing
  • Hand sanitiser is available on the 1st tee
  • Pins must be left in and remain untouched
  • Bins will be removed from the golf course and we ask that you take your rubbish home
  • No rakes will be available to use
  • Do not share any equipment
  • No golf buggies or rental trolleys will be available to hire
